That’s my cell. I answer between 7am and 9pm, seven days a week. If I’m on a roof, leave a voicemail and I’ll call you back between jobs (usually within 30 minutes during business hours).

I don’t have a storefront — I work out of my truck. But I’m based right in Sherman Oaks and cover everything from Malibu to Pasadena and Santa Monica to Northridge.

Before you call, have this ready:
- Your address (city and zip is enough to start)
- What kind of system — central AC, heat pump, mini-split, furnace, wall unit
- What it’s doing (or not doing)
- How long it’s been acting up
- If possible, brand and model from the nameplate
With that info I can usually narrow down the fix, give you a realistic price, and tell you if I can be there today.
